On 3rd November 2021, at the Box Athens, a “different” book release event was organised by the pastry chef Spyros Pediaditakis. He presented his first book, Notebook: Pastries For Restaurants.
The guests had the chance to admire pictures of the book as the food photographer Nick Paliopoulos created a mini exhibition at the front part of the venue. He was the person who supported and urged Spyros to create his first book as he said during his speech.The result was colourful and unique as Spyro’s creations were the main attraction.
Many of his friends, business partners, chef and pastry chefs, among them Stelios Parliaros, Yannis Loukakos and Tasos Mantis, attended the event to give their warm wishes to the “good guy of the Greek patisserie” as they said.
The chef Adam Kontovas, the pastry chef Themos Rigas and Phileppe Marand from Cacao Barry touched everyone with their words about the award wining pastry chef Spyros Pediaditakis, as well as made jokes and explained why this talented man deserves all the best.
A Notebook hard copy and a white chocolate, raspberry, yuzu and vanilla turron was a sweet surprise for all the guests at the end of the event.
“All the best and great success” was the wish of the night and ours too!
